An industry expert with more than 15 years of successful experience in Talent Acquisition and Business Development,  Veronica Banks has a proven ability to foster relationships at all levels. She believes in continuous learning and development and has obtained her Masters of Science in Human Resources and  SHRM-SCP.

She understands that inclusive and compassionate leaders are needed to ensure that employees are able to thrive within their departments and have the ability to bring their full selves to work. Leaders are held accountable for the development of everyone on their team and not just a select few.  Her motto is I LOVEInclusive Leaders create Opportunities and understands the Value of the contributions of their Employees.

Veronica also understands that organizations are not just looking to match people to job descriptions, but to hire executives with an inclusive and diverse mindset that will contribute to the success of their organization.  She extensively interviews both organization and candidates to ensure values and the required knowledge, skills and abilities - KSAs are aligned.

Veronica began her business development journey in 2004 when she began her first entrepreneurial staffing-employment agency venture. She conceptualized and launched Jave Staffing, Inc, single handedly.   

In 2018, Veronica founded V Elizabeth Talent Acquisition Solutions, an executive retained search and RPO firm, specializing in the placement of HR executives and offering flexible RPO services with a team of TA professionals.  The firm also offers SAAS solutions for interview scheduling and candidate diversity referrals. Her goal is to continue to help inclusive-diverse minded professionals grow and advance their careers, while assisting organizations build inclusive-diverse teams.
